Cholesterol Comlex is the most effective cholesterol supplement available. It contains 300 mg. Of beta-sitosterols, 200 mg. Of beta glucan, and 40 mg. Of soy isoflavones.

Beta-sitosterols have been proven to lower total cholesterol levels, and more specifically lower LDL cholesterol levels. Beta glucan has also been shown in numerous studies to lower total and LDL cholesterol levels, as well as increasing HDL levels.

The 40 mg. Of soy isoflavones (from 100 mg. Of soy extract) consist of the isoflavones daidzein, and genestein. These isoflavones help lower LDL levels, as well as increasing HDL levels.
